We take your approved design and manage the logistics that bring it to life. Creating a design, an informed timeline, finalizing layouts, coordinating key vendors, and directing setup so everything unfolds seamlessly.

On wedding day, we’re on site managing transitions, cueing décor moments, and handling design related curveballs so the vision stays intact from ceremony to reception.

This package does not include full vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, RSVP tracking, budget management, or guest transportation logistics.
